Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Houseboat Stay

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the day at leisure, soaking in the views of snow-capped mountains reflecting in the lake’s waters. In the evening, enjoy a shikara ride, floating past lotus gardens and traditional wooden houses. Experience Kashmiri hospitality with warm Kehwa (traditional saffron tea). Overnight stay in a deluxe houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 2 Srinagar Sightseeing – Mughal Gardens

After breakfast, explore Srinagar’s charm. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, all showcasing Persian-style layouts and fountains. Stop at Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of the valley. Later, stroll through local markets to shop for saffron, dry fruits, and Kashmiri handicrafts. Evening free for leisure on Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3 Srinagar to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers)

Drive to Gulmarg, a beautiful hill station known for its meadows, pine forests, and snow-clad mountains. Take the Gondola ride (cable car) to Mount Apharwat for breathtaking Himalayan views. Adventure enthusiasts can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or horse rides depending on the season. Visit St. Mary’s Church and stroll in the vast golf course. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 4 Gulmarg to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds)

After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, a scenic valley located along the Lidder River. En route, stop at Awantipura ruins and saffron fields. On arrival, enjoy a leisurely walk along the Lidder River or opt for horse rides to Baisaran Valley, also called “Mini Switzerland.” Pahalgam is also the base for the Amarnath Yatra. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 5 Pahalgam Sightseeing – Aru & Betaab Valley

Explore the picturesque surroundings of Pahalgam. Visit Aru Valley, famous for its meadows and adventure sports like trekking and river rafting. Then head to Betaab Valley, known for Bollywood film shoots and its lush greenery surrounded by mountains. Later, visit Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath trek. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 6: Pahalgam to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold) – Back to Srinagar

Drive to Sonmarg, a stunning valley at 9,000 feet, surrounded by glaciers and snow peaks. Enjoy pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier and soak in panoramic Himalayan views. After sightseeing, return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
