- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the departure date as per the package guidelines.
- Prices may vary depending on availability, travel dates, and seasonal fluctuations.
2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges apply as per the package terms.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
- No refund for no-show, last-minute cancellations, or unused services.
3️⃣ Changes & Modifications
- Any change in travel dates, hotel category, or itinerary will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Hop On Holidays reserves the right to modify or reschedule the itinerary in case of operational or weather-related issues.
4️⃣ Travel Documents & Requirements
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, passports, visas, and other required documents.
- For international packages, visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy; we assist but do not guarantee approval.
5️⃣ Flights & Transportation
- Flight schedules are controlled by the airline; delays or cancellations are beyond our control.
- Transfers are based on the selected package (private/shared).
6️⃣ Accommodation
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability.
- In case the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
7️⃣ Responsibility & Liability
- Hop On Holidays acts as a travel service facilitator and is not liable for loss, damage, delays, accidents, or natural calamities.
- Travellers are advised to take care of their personal belongings during the trip.
8️⃣ Health, Safety & Conduct
- Travellers must follow safety guidelines and local rules at the destination.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9️⃣ Use of Photos & Media
- Photos/videos taken during group tours may be used for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise.
