Payment Policy

  1. Booking Cancellation
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.
  • Failure to complete the payment within the given time may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Late Payments

  • If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be automatically cancelled, and applicable cancellation fees will apply.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment wallets.
  • Cash payments are accepted only at our authorized Hop on Holidays offices.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Customer Cancellations
  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Please note: Some services, such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party packages, may follow their own cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their trip once at no extra cost if requested at least 7 days before departure.
  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the departure date may incur a 10% change fee and is subject to availability.

3. Company Cancellations

If Hop on Holidays cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, operational issues, or low group participation, customers can choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled trip at no additional cost.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
